You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to create a K.bio account and use the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity occurring through your account.
You may not impersonate another person or organization or use account information that you are not authorized to use.
2. Use of the Service
K.bio provides tools that may allow you to create and publish creator pages, create and publish content, publish or schedule content to third-party social platforms, connect third-party accounts, automate supported messaging interactions, add destinations and links to content, offer digital products, receive payments through connected third-party payment providers, view analytics, and use AI-powered features.
You are responsible for your use of the Service and for all content, products, links, messages, communications, and activities initiated through your account.
You may not use K.bio to:
- violate applicable laws or regulations;
- engage in fraud, deception, spam, harassment, or abusive activity;
- infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of third parties;
- distribute malware or other harmful content;
- gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data;
- circumvent technical restrictions or security measures;
- interfere with the operation or security of K.bio or third-party services; or
- use the Service for content, products, services, or activities prohibited under Section 7 of these Terms.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Service where reasonably necessary to protect K.bio, our users, third parties, or the integrity of the Service.
3. Creator Commerce and Digital Products
K.bio may provide tools that allow creators to offer digital products, downloads, or other supported products or services through their K.bio pages. All products, services, content, links, and related activities offered or promoted through K.bio are subject to the Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content requirements in Section 7.
3.1 Your Products
You are responsible for the products and services you offer, including their descriptions, pricing, quality, delivery, legality, intellectual property rights, refund policies, required disclosures, taxes, and compliance with applicable consumer protection laws. You may only sell or distribute content that you own or are authorized to sell or distribute.
3.2 Payments
Payments for creator products may be processed by third-party payment providers, such as Stripe. Where you connect your own payment account, payments from your customers are processed through that payment provider in accordance with its terms, policies, and requirements.
Unless expressly stated otherwise for a particular service, K.bio is not the merchant or seller of your products and does not purchase products from you for resale. K.bio does not control payment authorization, settlement, payouts, chargebacks, payment holds, reserves, account restrictions, or other actions taken by third-party payment providers.
3.3 Platform Transaction Fees
K.bio does not currently charge a platform transaction fee on creator sales. Third-party payment processors may charge their own processing, currency conversion, payout, dispute, or other fees.
K.bio reserves the right to introduce or change fees for commerce or other services in the future. Any applicable fees will be disclosed before they apply to your use of the affected service.
3.4 Customer Relationships
Unless expressly stated otherwise, transactions involving your products or services are between you and your customer. You are responsible for customer support, refunds, disputes, product claims, required disclosures, taxes, and fulfillment obligations relating to your products or services.
K.bio may provide technical tools that facilitate payment, delivery, downloading, or access to digital products, but providing these tools does not make K.bio the seller or merchant of those products.
4. Social Media Publishing and Messaging Services
K.bio may allow you to connect accounts from third-party social platforms and use K.bio to publish content, schedule content, receive supported account or content information, automate certain interactions, and perform other authorized actions.
4.1 Connected Accounts
When you connect a third-party account to K.bio, you authorize K.bio and its service providers to access and use that account to the extent reasonably necessary to provide the features you enable. Depending on the platform and features you select, this may include publishing or scheduling content, retrieving account or content information, receiving information about supported interactions, and sending or facilitating messages or replies.
You represent that you have the authority to connect and authorize any account that you connect to K.bio. You may disconnect supported third-party accounts through available K.bio settings or through the applicable third-party service.
4.2 Publishing and Scheduling
You remain responsible for all content published through K.bio, including media, captions, links, hashtags, product claims, disclosures, and other information.
K.bio will use reasonable efforts to process publishing and scheduling instructions, but we do not guarantee that content will be published successfully or at an exact time. Publishing may fail or be delayed because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including third-party platform outages, API restrictions, rate limits, expired authorizations, account restrictions, connectivity issues, or changes to third-party services. You are responsible for reviewing the status of important or time-sensitive content.
4.3 Automated Messaging and Replies
K.bio may provide features that automatically send or facilitate messages or replies based on events such as comments, keywords, user interactions, configured rules, or AI-assisted intent detection. By enabling these features, you authorize K.bio to perform the configured actions on your behalf.
You are responsible for the content and use of automated communications sent through your connected accounts and for ensuring that your use complies with applicable laws, third-party platform policies, and any consent or disclosure requirements that apply to you.
You may not use automated messaging features for spam, harassment, deceptive communications, or other prohibited activities. K.bio does not guarantee that every eligible comment, message, interaction, or trigger will be detected or that every automated message or reply will be successfully delivered.
4.4 Third-Party Platform Rules
Your use of connected social platforms remains subject to the terms, policies, rules, and technical restrictions of those platforms. K.bio does not control third-party platforms and is not responsible for their outages, account restrictions, suspensions, API limitations, feature changes, policy changes, or discontinuation of functionality. Changes made by third-party platforms may cause K.bio features to change, become temporarily unavailable, or be discontinued.
5. Subscription Plans, Free Trials and Billing
Some K.bio features require a paid subscription. Subscription fees, billing periods, included features, and applicable trial periods are displayed when you subscribe and may vary by plan.
5.1 Automatic Renewal
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled before the next renewal date. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize K.bio and its payment processor to charge the applicable subscription fees and taxes using your selected payment method.
5.2 Free Trials
K.bio may offer free trials. Unless otherwise stated when the trial begins, a free trial will automatically convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period if a valid payment method has been provided and the subscription has not been canceled. The applicable subscription price will be disclosed before you begin the trial.
5.3 Failed Payments
If a subscription payment fails, we or our payment provider may retry the payment. K.bio may provide a temporary grace period following a failed payment. If payment is not successfully completed, we may restrict paid features, downgrade, pause, or cancel the subscription.
5.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription through the available account or billing settings. Unless otherwise stated, cancellation prevents future renewals and does not retroactively refund charges already incurred.
5.5 Refunds and Billing Disputes
Subscription fees and other fees charged by K.bio are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise. Billing issues should be reported to us within 60 days of the applicable charge.
6. User Content and Intellectual Property
6.1 Your Content
You retain ownership of content you submit, upload, publish, or otherwise make available through K.bio (“User Content”). You represent that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, permissions, and consents to use, publish, distribute, and authorize K.bio to process your User Content as necessary to provide the Service.
6.2 License to K.bio
You grant K.bio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, display, transmit, adapt, and otherwise use your User Content solely as reasonably necessary to operate, provide, improve, secure, and support the Service and to perform actions you request or authorize. This license does not transfer ownership of your User Content to K.bio.
6.3 K.bio Intellectual Property
The K.bio Service, including its software, technology, interfaces, branding, designs, and other materials provided by K.bio, is owned by ONEM Systems Inc. or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you ownership of K.bio intellectual property.
6.4 Copyright and Intellectual Property Complaints
K.bio may remove or restrict content that infringes third-party rights and may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe those rights. Copyright or other intellectual property complaints may be submitted to: legal@k.bio
Complaints should include sufficient information for us to identify the allegedly infringing material and evaluate the complaint.
7. Acceptable Use and Prohibited Content
The requirements in this Section apply to all uses of K.bio, including K.bio pages, links and destinations, content published through K.bio, automated messages and replies, digital products, downloads, and other products or services offered, promoted, distributed, or facilitated through the Service.
You may not use K.bio to create, publish, promote, sell, distribute, link to, or facilitate content, products, services, or activities that violate applicable law, the rights of others, or these Terms.
Prohibited content and activities include, but are not limited to:
- Sexually explicit or pornographic content, sexual services, or content that exploits or sexualizes minors;
- Gambling, betting, lotteries, or wagering services that are unlawful, unlicensed, or otherwise prohibited by applicable law or K.bio policies;
- Illegal drugs, controlled substances, or drug-related products or services that may not lawfully be promoted, sold, or distributed;
- Hateful or discriminatory content that promotes, incites, or advocates hatred, violence, or unlawful discrimination against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics;
- Violence, terrorism, or dangerous activities, including content that promotes or supports terrorist organizations or encourages serious physical harm;
- Weapons or other regulated goods where their promotion, sale, or distribution is unlawful or prohibited by K.bio policies;
- Fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities, including scams, phishing, impersonation, fraudulent investment opportunities, or deceptive commercial practices;
- Infringing or unauthorized content, including copyrighted materials, trademarks, products, or other intellectual property that you do not have the right to use, sell, or distribute;
- Malware, malicious software, or harmful technical activities, including attempts to compromise accounts, systems, devices, or data;
- Harassment, threats, stalking, or abuse directed at another person;
- Unauthorized or unlawful collection, sale, disclosure, or misuse of personal information, or other violations of privacy rights; and
- Other illegal or prohibited products, services, content, or activities, or activities that K.bio reasonably determines create significant legal, security, fraud, safety, or platform-integrity risks.
Certain products, services, or content may be restricted rather than entirely prohibited and may be subject to additional requirements or policies. K.bio may maintain additional policies describing prohibited or restricted content, products, services, and activities. Those policies may be updated from time to time to address changes in law, payment-provider requirements, third-party platform rules, security risks, or the Service.
We may remove or restrict content, links, destinations, products, or features; suspend transactions or functionality; or suspend or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe use of the Service violates these Terms, applicable policies, third-party requirements, or law.
8. Third-Party Services and Integrations
K.bio integrates with third-party services that may include social platforms, payment processors, analytics providers, hosting providers, commerce services, and other technology providers.
Your use of third-party services may be governed by separate terms, policies, and privacy practices between you and the applicable provider. K.bio is not responsible for third-party services or for changes, interruptions, errors, data loss, account restrictions, payment actions, or other actions caused by those services.
We may add, modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue integrations where necessary because of technical, commercial, legal, security, or third-party platform changes.
9. AI-Powered Features
K.bio may provide features that use artificial intelligence, machine learning, or automated systems to assist with activities such as generating or adapting content, understanding user intent, recommending destinations or content, organizing information, analyzing activity, or automating supported workflows.
AI-generated or AI-assisted outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate for a particular context. You are responsible for reviewing AI-generated content before publishing or relying on it where review is reasonably possible.
You remain responsible for content that you choose to publish and for actions that you authorize K.bio to perform through AI-powered or automated features. K.bio does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or suitability of AI-generated outputs, recommendations, classifications, or other AI-assisted results.
10. Service Availability and Changes
K.bio is an evolving service.
We may add, modify, suspend, replace, or discontinue features from time to time, including where changes are necessary because of third-party platforms, legal requirements, security concerns, technical limitations, or product development. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
Where a material change significantly affects a paid Service, we will take reasonable steps to provide notice when appropriate.
11. Suspension and Termination
You may stop using K.bio or delete your account through available account settings or by contacting us.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate your account or access to some or all of the Service if:
- you materially violate these Terms or applicable K.bio policies;
- your use creates a material legal, security, fraud, safety, or platform-integrity risk;
- you fail to pay applicable fees;
- a third-party provider or platform requires us to restrict the applicable functionality;
- we are required to do so by law; or
- continued provision of the Service is no longer reasonably possible.
Where appropriate and legally permitted, we may provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue before termination. Termination does not eliminate payment obligations, liabilities, or other provisions that by their nature should survive termination.
12. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, K.bio disclaims warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
K.bio does not guarantee specific audience reach, engagement, publishing results, message delivery, social platform performance, sales, revenue, conversion results, search visibility, AI recommendations, or other business outcomes.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, K.bio will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or relating to your use of the Service.
Except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law, K.bio’s aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of:
- (a) the amount you paid K.bio during the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or
- (b) CAD $100.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or limits rights, remedies, warranties, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted, or limited under applicable consumer protection or other laws.
13. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless ONEM Systems Inc., doing business as K.bio, and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising out of or relating to:
- your User Content;
- products or services you offer, promote, sell, or distribute through K.bio;
- your use of connected third-party accounts;
- your messages, automated communications, or other communications;
- your violation of these Terms or applicable law; or
- your infringement or violation of the rights of another person or organization.
14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Nothing in these Terms limits rights available to consumers where applicable law does not permit those rights to be waived.
14.1 Arbitration
To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through final and binding arbitration administered by a neutral arbitrator under the applicable Arbitration Rules of the ADR Institute of Canada. Arbitration will take place in Ontario, Canada unless the parties agree otherwise.
Either party may initiate arbitration by providing written notice to the other party. This arbitration provision does not prevent either party from bringing an eligible claim in small claims court or seeking appropriate injunctive or equitable relief.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes will be resolved on an individual basis rather than through class or representative proceedings.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service, applicable law, third-party requirements, security practices, or our business.
If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice through the Service, by email, or through another appropriate method. The updated Terms will become effective on the date stated in the updated version.
Your continued use of the Service after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.
